Same group, same coach, same time. Kids settle in fast when the room is familiar.

A second track for families whose week runs on different days.

Ages 7–17

3 days a week, 4-week cycles

Questions parents ask.

Does my child need any experience?

None at all. Every class is built for beginners, and coaches teach proper technique from the very first session.

Is boxing safe for kids?

Youth classes focus on fitness, footwork, pads and bags. Structured, supervised, and non-contact for beginners.

Can I stay and watch?

Absolutely. Parents are welcome to stay, especially for the first class.

What should they bring?

Comfortable athletic clothing, indoor shoes, and a water bottle. Gloves and wraps are provided.

What does it cost after the free class?

Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue. Memberships are month to month, no contracts, cancel anytime in one click.
